Beschreibung
We own an estate in close proximity to Neuschwanstein Castle, known as “Gut Neuschwanstein.” By acquiring a share of this property, you become a co-owner—and thereby a Count or Countess. Unlike traditional noble titles, which are granted by a monarch and passed down through generations, this title is directly linked to land ownership. It is automatically transferred to any new (co-)owner in the event of sale or inheritance. This opens up entirely new possibilities for people like you and us, who were not born into aristocratic circles. Simply acquire a piece of land, and you become a “Count” or “Countess” of Neuschwanstein. The best part: the size of the plot is irrelevant. We own one hectare of land near Neuschwanstein Castle, and by purchasing a share of this estate, you become a co-owner—and thus a landowner.
Only about 20 miles from Neuschwanstein Castle—the world-famous fairytale castle that inspired Disney—lies the estate “Gut Neuschwanstein.” Surrounded by trees and a small stream with crystal-clear water, your very own piece of land becomes a magical place that turns you into a Count or Countess.
But the real highlight is for your children: they become Prince or Princess of Neuschwanstein—just like in a real fairytale. Imagine their excitement when they discover that they are part of a story straight out of a Disney castle. Suddenly, they are no longer just playing princess or prince—they truly are one.
This makes it a truly unforgettable gift for families. Whether for a birthday, a special occasion, or simply to create magical memories, your children will love telling their friends that they are a Prince or Princess of a real castle—one of the most famous castles in the world.
A little piece of land, a real title, and a big dream come true for every child who has ever imagined living in a fairytale.
You will receive a beautifully designed certificate confirming your new title, as well as a complimentary certificate for your partner. You are welcome to visit the property in Bavaria and, for example, use it for camping. Just a short distance away lies the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle—be sure to include a visit during your stay!

You will receive an official appointment certificate confirming your status as a Count or Countess. This document verifies your shared ownership of the land as well as your right to use the title in the future. Since your new title may also include your family, we provide a second certificate free of charge featuring your partner’s name. Your children are not left out either: for a small additional fee, you can obtain certificates for all your children. If you wish to acquire land and title together with friends, we are also happy to issue certificates in different names. In that case, you share the land with your friends, while each person receives their own certificate.
The appointment certificates are delivered in an elegant presentation folder featuring the coat of arms of the County of Neuschwanstein. In addition, you will receive our carefully designed brochure “County of Neuschwanstein,” containing detailed information about your title and the property. Shortly after your order, you will also receive the Neuschwanstein coat of arms as a PDF file by email, which you can print immediately and frame if desired.
