Together with our cooperation partner from Bashkortostan, Russia we offer you the title "Tsar" or "Tsarina". You will receive a co-ownership of symbolic nature of a small estate in the region of Bashkortostan. You can even visit the estate by arrangement. Untouched Russian nature near the Urals, only a few hours drive from Siberia.

You will receive two certificates each: the authentic original in Russian (Cyrillic) script and another in German. Decide for yourself which one you would like to frame. Each additional person for whom you would like a certificate will also receive the certificates twice. In addition, we will send you a lot of information about the title, directions and of course the contact details of our partner, so that you can discuss a visit to your lands.


Turn a little to the left. Following this road, after 20 kilometers you will find the village of Nordovka. Here you turn left and reach the small village Allaguvat. At the end of the village is the forest, which the inhabitants call Marinovka, here is your new country residence in Russia. The exact geo coordinates are 53°13'00.1″N 55°31'44.9″E (you can search for it on Google Maps).
