Description

Here you have the unique opportunity to acquire a small piece of paradise. Become a co-owner of our “Treasure Farm” in the mountains of Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean, where fruits, vegetables, spices, and flowers flourish abundantly. Through your land ownership, you are simultaneously elevated in status and may officially bear the title “Lord or Lady of Anse Boileau.” With the purchase of your certificate, you also directly support the entire village surrounding the farm, helping local residents continue to benefit from this garden of Eden free of charge.

Welcome to this breathtaking paradise farm in the mountains of Mahé, where the rich diversity of regional plants, spices, and herbs is reflected in perfect harmony.

From bananas, cinnamon, limes, and lemons to peppers, papayas, three different types of coconut palms, and herbs such as thyme and oregano—this unique piece of land offers an incredible variety. In addition, you will enjoy a stunning view over the bay of Anse Boileau, where magnificent sunsets light up the sky each evening.

The Treasure Farm is located in the mountains of Mahé, close to the bay of Anse Boileau, where magical sunsets light up the sky in the evening. Become part of this beautiful paradise and directly support the local community.

Throughout the year, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables native to the Indian Ocean region thrive on the Treasure Farm. Jonathan and his friends from the neighborhood carefully tend the plants and harvest healthy, nourishing produce of exceptional natural quality. Completely free from chemicals, the farm relies on knowledge, care, and dedication—allowing the entire community to benefit from this unique plantation.

During the difficult times brought by COVID-19, the Treasure Farm played an important role as a vital source of food for the local community. Jonathan generously shared everything he harvested without ever expecting anything in return. This reflects the warm, generous, and socially minded spirit that is characteristic of the Seychellois people.

You are, of course, warmly invited to spend a day with Jonathan on “your” farm at any time.

Enjoy a freshly grilled red snapper together, sip on a chilled juice made from freshly picked oranges, and take in the breathtaking sunset in the evening. Jonathan’s best friend, Jockey, will be happy to take you from your hotel to the farm and back again. Jockey also offers fantastic island tours, giving you the chance to discover all the dream beaches of Mahé.

Where are the Seychelles located?

The Seychelles are geographically part of Africa. They are located on the northern and western section of the Mascarene Plateau, an underwater ridge in the western Indian Ocean. To the south of the Seychelles, off the east coast of Africa, lie the island nations of Madagascar, Mauritius, and the Comoros.

How large is the Treasure Farm?

The farm covers a total area of approximately 200 acres, which is about 0.8 square kilometers. It is situated in the mountains, with gently sloping terrain. Jonathan has carefully created terraced fields and garden beds over many years of dedicated work, effectively increasing the usable area. Your co-ownership extends across the entire property.

Am I allowed to visit “my” farm?

You are warmly invited to spend a day on your farm at any time. We are happy to arrange direct contact for you and organize transportation with our friend Jockey, who will take you to the farm and bring you back in the evening.

Are there any additional costs?

No, absolutely not. This is a private agreement, and with the purchase of your share, everything is fully paid. There are no further costs now or in the future.

What am I allowed to do with the farm?

Please understand your ownership as symbolic co-ownership. All operational rights remain with Jonathan, who takes care of the farm and its plants. You are welcome to spend time there or even camp in the garden, but please do not plan any construction, such as building a house.
