  • customized according to customer specifications
  • produced upon order

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when:

  • you place an order, and
  • we accept the order by confirmation or fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown on our website.

Available payment methods:

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via DHL.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

Once production has started or the order has been completed, cancellation or return is not possible.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the product is defective, or
  • there is a production error

  • damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
