All products are:

  • custom-made
  • Customized to customer specifications
  • Made to order

4. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when:

  • You place an order, and
  • we accept this by confirmation or performance

We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed on our website.

Available payment methods:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)
  • PayPal

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery is via DHL.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • Tracking can be provided

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping service providers or customs authorities.

7. No Right of Withdrawal (Important)

Since our products are exclusively personalized and custom-made items no right of withdrawal exists.

This applies worldwide and is based on:

  • EU Law (Article 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU)
  • comparable principles in international trade

Once production has begun or the order is completed, cancellation or return is excluded.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

  • that the product is defective, or
  • there is a manufacturing defect

  • Damage to life, body, or health

To the extent permitted by law, further liability is excluded.

Unauthorized duplication or use is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of Romania.

Additional mandatory consumer protection regulations of the consumer's country of residence may apply.
