We have an estate in the immediate vicinity of the castle known as "Gut Neuschwanstein". We make you a co-owner of this estate and thus a count or countess. Contrary to what is commonly known about titles of nobility, this lordship is not conferred by a king and then passed on to his descendants. Rather, it is tied to the ownership of land and passes automatically to the new (co-)owner upon sale or inheritance. This, of course, opens up unimagined prospects for people like you and us who were not born into illustrious circles. Simply buy a plot of land and you are already the "Count" or "Countess" of Neuschwanstein Castle. The beauty of it is that the size of the plot doesn't matter. For example, we own 1 hectare of land near Neuschwanstein Castle, in which we sell you co-ownership. This co-ownership makes you the owner of the land.

You will receive a beautiful certificate confirming your new title and a free certificate for your partner. You can visit the property in Bavaria and use it for camping, for example. Only a stone's throw away is the famous Neuschwanstein Castle, visit it right away!

What can I do with a Graf title?

Apart from the great feeling of owning a small piece of land in the immediate vicinity of Neuschwanstein Castle, the title will give you a lot of pleasure. Imagine how the framed deed will look on the wall at your home and how many amazed looks it will attract. Everyone will ask you about it and you will be able to proudly say that you own a property near Neuschwanstein Castle and are a count or countess. But the title is not only fun at home: you can also use it to order a table in a restaurant or to check in at a hotel. We often hear from our customers that a table is suddenly available for their highness in a restaurant after all, or that a free upgrade has been granted at the hotel. Wherever you appear with your title, people will perceive you very differently. You'll have a lot of fun and enjoyment, and that's what it's all about.

In addition to sharing our land in Neuschwanstein, you will receive a great package documenting your new noble title with lots of information.

You will receive a certificate of appointment in which we appoint you Count or Countess. This confirms the joint ownership and also the right to call yourself Count or Countess in the future. However, since the new title also affects your relatives, we will enclose a second certificate free of charge, on which your partner's name will appear. Your children will not miss out either: for a very small contribution towards expenses, you will also receive certificates for all your children. If you wish to purchase land and title for a group of friends, we will of course be happy to issue the deeds in other, non-family names. You will then share the land with your friends, but everyone will have their own deed.

The appointment certificates are delivered in a beautiful presentation folder with the coat of arms of the County of Neuschwanstein. In addition, we will send you our lovingly designed brochure "County of Neuschwanstein" with lots of information about your title and the property.
